Thank you for your interest in International House. IH does not have a high turnover so jobs are not abundant. However, we do ask that if you have CELTA/DELTA qualifications, are a qualified CELTA trainer, and/or have a teaching qualification in Spanish, we would welcome your résumé. English Teacher

Create lesson plans for ESL students according to their personal needs and goals. Display consistent strong lesson-planning, classroom management skills and flexibility, monitor student attendance and progress. Student counseling. Teach students English as a second language. Student orientation and executing placement exams. End of term exam writing, proctoring and grading. Conduct field trips for summer session, etc.

Requirements: Bachelor degree in English language, or equivalent & 5 years of experience, or Masters degree & 3 years of experience. CELTA preferred.
